14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a Pro subscription or Season Pass, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase (or the most recent renewal charge).

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or
• Contact us via the in-app support channel and we will forward your request to Paddle.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to Pro features and any unused Season Pass associated with that purchase will end. Match results and league data you created remain in place for other members.

Renewals

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues to the end of the current paid period.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal available under applicable law.
